Shipping Charges
The freight charges include the packaging, which includes a tough wooden pallet and cardboard crate when shipping machines. Multiple items when ordered are automatically calculated.
Machines are shipped via pallet networks and are on a two day service.
Furthermore, all the smaller shipments like parts and accessories are with, UPS, DHL, or FEDEX. Once goods have been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details. All shipments are sent on an economy service as standard.
UK is usually 2 days,
Europe up to 10 days,
Rest of the World can be up to 20 days.
Other freight services are available at an extra cost.
NB: IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM EUROPEAN UNION THEN THE MACHINES SHIP UNDER THE FREE TRADE AGREEMENT, THIS MEANS YOU DO NOT PAY ANY IMPORTATION CHARGES, THERE IS NO DUTY TO PAY ONLY NORMAL LOCAL TAXES. SO NOTHING CHANGED FOR UK MANUFACTURED GOODS POST BREXIT.
